Dinner Reservations

At 1800, JANUARY 20, OPERATION HELPING HAND

will have our monthly dinner at the

EMBASSY SUITES, USF location.

CAE USA will generously be sponsoring the dinner.

How to make Dinner Reservations for the OpHH Dinners on the 3rd Thursday of every month (please read all the way thru the following info):

In order to make Dinner Reservations, all you need to do is call the Reservation Hotline at 813-771-OpHH (6744). Leave your name, telephone number and number in your party. You will then be contacted by our Concierge confirming your reservation or if you have been put on the wait list.

The first couple of dinners will only have a max of 100 dinner reservations. As we get a couple of dinners completed, we will re-evaluate this limit based upon the number of people that have been put on the wait list.

PLEASE be aware, that should you not be able to make the dinner, we would greatly appreciate it if you would call to cancel your reservation NO later than 3 days before the dinner or as soon as you know, so that another party on the wait list can be allowed to attend or to allow us to change the confirmed number of people eating at the dinner.

IF you do not show and do not cancel, your reservation for a future dinner will automatically go onto the wait list. We are now paying by the plate for the dinners, if you do or do not show up. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to seeing you at the dinners.
